Meat Fingers in yoghurt (Shakrieh)


  • Half a kilogram of salted Kufta (rissoles).
  • One kilogram of The Farm Dairy Ewe Yoghurt.
  • One cup of boiled chick peas.
  • 3 small onions cut into slices.
  • 3 table spoons vegetable oil.
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed.


  1. Shape the kufta meat into small fingers, heat in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked.
  2. Add the oil to a pan, then add the olives and stir, then add The Farm Yoghurt and stir.
  3. Add a glass of water to the mixture and let it boil, then add the garlic and stir.
  4. Add the meat and chick pees; let the mixture boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the dish with rice & bon appetite.

Delicious Cheese Katayef (Arabic Sweets)


  • 1 table spoon of butter.
  • Katayef dough. 
  • 3 table spoons of special The Farm Sweets Cheese. 


  1. Cut the cheese into smaller peaces, fill the centre of the dough with a small quantity of the cheese then close it well. Repeat with all dough pieces. Spread some butter over the pan you are going to use, then arrange the ready Katayef pieces into the pan and brush them with some butter, put in the oven for 15 minutes. 
  2. Your Katayef are ready, bon appetite!
